GEGM is an independent media production agency, both in its organisation and in its actions. Since 1990, it has been working with its clients, major groups, brands and advertisers in the luxury sector, on the processing, production and deployment of communication solutions, media and content.

Our corporate values, shared by all our staff, are transparency, service excellence, respect, partnership, responsiveness and commitment.

Aware that the world in which we live is seeking a new social contract, and that each and every one of us is increasingly informed and vigilant with regard to social responsibility, GEGM thinks and develops its business based on respect for the individual, working conditions for its employees, «working together» with its partners in a spirit of transparency and benevolence, compliance with regulations, and consideration of social, societal, cultural and environmental issues in all our production processes and day-to-day actions.

Instead of seeing this new social contract as an obligation, we see it as a real opportunity to put in place a genuine CSR strategy to serve our teams, our partners and the companies we work with.

Our CSR commitments are set out in this charter. It is the essential cog in the wheel of shared growth, a guarantee of sustainable development, beneficial for everyone - our employees, our company, our customer and supplier partners, and the entire ecosystem in which GEGM operates every day.

Our social responsibility is the responsibility of the Internal CSR Steering Committee, which has a support, monitoring, advisory and consultative role within GEGM. It is available to all our stakeholders for any information they may require on the application of our CSR commitments.

Our corporate social responsibility is based on the following 5 pillars:

Spirit, culture, values

Respect for the individual

Compliance with laws and regulations

Fostering good relations with our partners, suppliers and customers*

Protecting the environment

1. Spirit, culture, values

A governance and organization focused on others.

Our spirit, culture and values are reflected in the relationships we maintain with our partners and employees.

Much more than strict compliance with legal and regulatory provisions, we believe that making a sustainable commitment requires us to go further and integrate CSR principles into all our business processes and at all levels. Our aim is to be exemplary in our approach and to conduct our business effectively while respecting all our stakeholders.

Our professional ethics are based on trust and honesty. We know it, our partners know it, together we work in a spirit of mutual benevolence. And more than just words, we are taking action to improve the quality of life in our workplace, such as:

Transparent and responsible governance, culminating in a CSR approach supported by our Management, the introduction of a responsible purchasing policy, and the drafting of a code of conduct and internal rules for our employees.

An organisation built around local management. By giving priority to dialogue and listening, the manager accompanies the employee on the path to success and personal and professional development, and fosters a harmonious framework that benefits all parties.

Concretely, to promote social dialogue:

Implementation of annual one-on-one meetings.

Establishment of a Social and Economic Committee (SEC).

Organization of a biennial seminar.

Implementation of an intranet.

Implementation of a suggestion box.

It is difficult to ensure that everyone feels good at work, but it is the responsibility of the company, through its governance and organisation, to create a working environment that makes this possible.

Through the creation of sustainable jobs and the development of staff employability, which is a key area of progress for our company, we are seeking to promote «better living and working conditions together». This also involves valuing skills, raising everyone’s awareness of CSR, improving communication and sharing.

Concretely, to improve employees’ well-being:

Partial coverage of health insurance (mutuelle) contributions.

A profi t-sharing agreement linked to the company’s results, benefi ting all employees in an equitable manner.

Meal vouchers provided via an electronic card, funded at 50% by the company, with an increased face value.

Enhancement of certain social benefits provided under the SYNTEC collective agreement (including specific additional leave).

Arrangements to facilitate the use of environmentally friendly transportation.

2. Respect for the individual

Human Rights

Everyone has rights. Respecting these rights, and the dignity and uniqueness of each individual, is central to our company.

Respect for privacy and diversity, equality between men and women, the fight against all forms of discrimination, and the prevention and punishment of all forms of harassment are fundamental principles. They are enshrined as rules in our internal regulations and form an integral part of our governance.

It is a requirement for our employees, whatever their profession, their responsibility within the company or the people they deal with. GEGM is committed to preventing any infringement of these rights and to reporting any such infringement should it become aware of it.

Anti-Discrimination Policy

GEGM is committed to the notion of diversity and undertakes not to practise any form of discrimination or exclusion, whether direct or indirect, in terms of relationships, working conditions, recruitment or training, based on age, disability, nationality, sexual orientation, ethnic or social origin or religion.

GEGM est engagée dans le développement d’une culture de promotion de l’égalité des chances, de respect de l’autre et de ses différences.

Anti-Harassment Policy

We are totally intolerant of any form of harassment or sexism. All employees are asked to alert management, or to initiate an alert procedure, so that the necessary resources can be deployed to deal with any situation involving such offences.

For instance:

Appointment of a Discrimination & Harassment Officer.

Formalization of reporting procedures in our Internal Regulations.

Recruitment procedures designed to prevent any form of discrimination.

Implementation of monitoring indicators related to diversity.

Respect for Privacy and the Right to Disconnect

Our Internal Regulations include a specific section dedicated to the right to disconnect. The company reaff irms its commitment to the responsible use of digital tools. We consider this framework essential to ensure respect for rest periods and leave, while preserving a sustainable balance between employees’ private lives and their professional obligations.

Working time is defined as the hours during which the employee is available to the employer, including both statutory working hours and any overtime.

Conversely, the right to disconnect applies during all periods when work activity is interrupted: daily or weekly rest periods, paid leave, public holidays, and rest days. This principle also extends to all authorized absences, whether for medical reasons, maternity-related leave, or any other type of absence.

3. Compliance with laws and regulations

Anti-Corruption Policy

Through its «Code of conduct and prevention of corruption», GEGM informs its employees of the legal rules in force and ensures that these rules are respected.

The law prohibits promising, giving, accepting or soliciting an undue financial or non-financial advantage, regardless of its value. Any employee who contravenes this rule, whether acting as a «corrupter» or behaving as a «bribe-taker», is liable to the sanctions provided for by law, as well as disciplinary measures.

In addition, we ask everyone to be vigilant about the behaviour of all our stakeholders, customers and suppliers. Any conduct contrary to legal requirements may result in the termination of contractual relationships with them.

We take great care to supervise relations between our employees and their business relations.Only gifts or other benefits that comply with current business practices, the law or regulations are authorised.

Policy on the Prevention of Conflicts of Interest

In the course of our professional activities, we do not accept that personal interests interfere, or appear to interfere, with our ability to make impartial and objective decisions in the interests of GEGM.

Risky situations are often situations in which we find ourselves in a conflict of interest and where the impartiality of our judgement may be altered, even partially.

You may also find yourself in an obvious risk situation, in which case it is obvious because there is no real conflict of interest, for example, an exaggerated gift that does not interest you because it is not to your taste.

A conflict of interest is not necessarily a problem in itself, but it can have negative consequences for employees and the company as a whole if it is not declared and managed correctly. We must all respect the laws in force.

Concretely, to combat corruption and conflicts of interest:

Adoption and distribution of a Code of Business Conduct.

Strict rules regarding gifts and hospitality.

Implementation of a written whistleblowing procedure.

Designated and accessible compliance officers.

Clear sanctions in case of non-compliance with the Code in force.

Respect for Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Data

GEGM undertakes to respect the confidentiality and security of information received from employees, customers and other stakeholders, and not to divert it from its original purpose by appropriating it or making it available to a third party.

This also requires its employees to respect the confidentiality and security of such information and data. It is also essential for each employee to ensure that all information specific to the agency remains strictly confidential.

Concretely, to ensure confidentiality and the protection of personal data:

Adoption and dissemination of an Information and Communication Systems Usage Policy.

4. Fostering good relations with our partners, suppliers and customers

Supplier Relations

As a member of the RFAR (Responsible Supplier Relations and Purchasing) labelled community, we are committed to showing integrity and respect for the commitments made to customers, suppliers, and other partners. And this goes beyond̀ compliance with laws and regulations.

Everyone must also demonstrate fairness. Only objective and transparent criteria, in line with the procedures in force within the company, determine the preferences given to particular partners.

For example no one may carry out any activitý whether remunerated or not́ as a consultant, agent or director on behalf of a customer, supplier or competitor of GEGM, except with the prior agreement of Management.

GEGM endeavours to reduce the risks of suppliers becoming dependent on it.

GEGM scrupulously respects the terms of payment of its suppliers.

Responsible and long-term relationships with our suppliers are a priority.

Concretely, to maintain strong relationships with our suppliers:

Distribution of a supplier feedback questionnaire.

Compliance with payment deadlines.

Appointment of a mediator, accessible to discuss any dispute and to prioritize mediation as a fair and constructive means of resolution

Client Relations

Transparency, listening and understanding are essential to correctly understand the needs and expectations of our stakeholders.

Customer satisfaction and service excellence are a daily objective for our employees. They do their utmost to satisfy our customers.

Because of our size, we favour close relationships and implement processes to ensure that our services are properly delivered.

This is the aim of the teams that are systematically set up to manage a customer account. As a result, our clients benefit from ongoing monitoring.

Our off ices are open all year round, so we can guarantee uninterrupted service even during the holidays.

5. Protecting the environment

To limit and reduce its environmental footprint, GEGM follows broad improvement initiatives common to all companies, as well as more specific actions related to the nature of its activities.

The core of our production is structured around two major areas:

Digital: as a media production agency, our daily work is deeply rooted in the digital environment, which is both our primary working tool and the product of our work.

Printing: our printing unit, Visuel Merchandising, places us in an industry known to be among the most polluting and environmentally sensitive.

It was therefore essential for us to address these topics from a specific perspective, by committing to well-established and recognized programs in order to provide the most appropriate and effective solutions.

Commitment to Responsible Digital Practices

In 2023, GEGM became a signatory of the Charte Numérique Responsable. The objective was to affirm our commitment to actively engage in a Responsible Digital approach within our organization.

Digital technology is an exceptional lever for transformation, but its environmental, social, and ethical footprint can no longer be ignored. Aware of this responsibility, our organization has chosen to take action in order to reconcile technological innovation, competitiveness, and performance with respect for both the planet and people. Building on these refl ections, GEGM decided to go further and establish a demanding framework to support its ambitions. In mid-2025, GEGM initiated a certifi cation process with LUCIE to obtain the Responsible Digital (NR) Level 1 label.

Concretely, to promote responsible digital practices:

Implementation of an IT Charter.

Raising employee awareness of best practices.

Optimization of server operations.

Adoption of a responsible purchasing policy.

Implementation of an internal platform to inventory hardware and software, enabling a more responsible use of production tools.

Commitment to Responsible Printing

Since 2023, GEGM has held the IMPRIM’VERT certifi cation, which we ensure is renewed each year. As part of this program, GEGM is committed to implementing strong measures to protect the environment and preserve our living environment, both today and for future generations

In practice, we implement the following measures:

Strategic selection of machines and techniques with a lower environmental impact.

Sourcing and promotion of alternative materials with a high level of recyclability and a lower environmental footprint.

Recycling of solid waste, including ink cartridges, toner, and digital printing waste.

Recycling of contaminated packaging and cleaning cloths.

No use of CMR substances (carcinogenic, mutagenic, or reprotoxic agents) on our sites

Concretely, to reduce the environmental impact of our printing activities:

Discontinuation of silver-based (analog) production processes.

Renewal of our materials catalog with more environmentally friendly substrates.

Investment in more environmentally responsible processes, such as sublimation printing.

Implementation of a comprehensive recycling system for all high-impact materials.

Annual awareness sessions for all employees on environmental protection.

6. Implementation of the CSR Charter

Although management is the primary guarantor of the implementation of the CSR Charter, its success depends on the vigilance of every employee in their daily work.

This document, personally distributed to all employees, remains accessible at any time on the company intranet as well as on the agency’s website.

Since January 2023, a CSR Committee, composed of four members (five since 2025), has been responsible for steering and leading this initiative.

Its mission is to implement and monitor the commitments related to the renewal of existing certifications (LUCIE 26000, RFAR, UN Global Compact, EcoVadis, Imprim’Vert) and to oversee ongoing certification processes (Responsible Digital – NR).

In addition to the work required to implement these commitments, the Committee meets monthly to review the progress of the various initiatives and ensure overall advancement.

It regularly presents a summary of its actions to all teams. This provides an opportunity to highlight progress made, remind employees of key principles, share best practices, and inform them about new initiatives currently underway.
